First grade avocadso are genrally bigger than second grade, on average around 4-6 a kg

Ripen at room temperature (aprox 5-7 days to ripen at room temp)
Refridgerate whilst hard to extend your avocado supply for up to 1 month
Refrigerate once ripe to extend freshness
